The trip home starts tonight. It’ll be nice to sleep in my bed, eat brisket, and not go into an office!
Went for a hike yesterday in Karura Forest with a couple colleagues (and one of my colleagues dog).
It’s the rainy season so there was a lot of water.
Meaning a lot of mud.
Then a nice lunch after in a restaurant’s lovely back garden.
I didn’t do much else, beyond trying to clean off all the mud I had accumulated.
Then, this morning, this woke me.
I have no idea what was going on, but it was loud!
Now I need to check into my flight, do some packing, and maybe find something to do outside. It looks like it may rain though, so I might just watch a movie and get things organized for work next week.
