Kenya OctNov-2023 : Day 9 : Just Dinner

I didn’t leave the apartment until dinner. We skipped the hike because it was too muddy. Two of us didn’t bring good shoes and the third who was supposed to join hadn’t gotten his laundry back yet. So for me it was a lazy day. Only real useful tasks were meal prepping for the week and re-packing my scuba gear for next weekend.

We did meet up for dinner at a nice place on the 20th floor of One Africa Place.

INTI is a Japanese & Peruvian mashup. We shared some sushi.

And then I had a duck dish. Do you see those little, black, round things on the plate under the bowl? They’re tortillas! So I got to make mini duck tacos. πŸ˜‚

Our reservation was at 7pm and we didn’t leave until 11. There was a thought of going to see some music after, but everyone we knew who was going bailed. It was an outdoor venue and muddy. Nobody likes mud.
