I ended up getting nearly six hours of sleep last night by messaging work to tell them I was going to reset my alarm to 10am. Great decision! I felt much better today.
Worked from the office in Karen with two of my colleagues. Got a lot done, and had a lovely view.

The office building had a little cafe so we got some spicy beef samosas and chapati.

We didn’t want to eat too much because dinner reservations awaited us. Thank goodness I didn’t have to drive. This traffic is going to take a lot of getting used to!
Dinner at Cultiva. Food just kept coming out. At one point there were three or four different types of tacos, huge king prawns, carpaccio, calamari, and a bunch more dishes that I can’t remember.

Then back to the Airbnb where I setup a mosquito net so (hopefully) there will be no more battles between me and the pesky things.

And, finally, I went back to the airport after the Amsterdam flight arrived to pick up my delayed luggage.
Only weird part was my Uber driver to the airport who kept telling me all the people I needed to bribe to get my luggage. When we got to the airport he made me get out of the car, walk around the toll booths, and then get back in. Clearly dodging some sort of fee.
Well, I went in, talked to a security person, got a visitor pass to let me past security, and picked up my bags. No bribing necessary.

Now it’s nearly 1am, I’m finally back, and ready to try to sleep.
