Raining on work days isn’t terrible. I only made it outside for a few minutes early in the afternoon to hit up the supermarket. I spent the day working, and made all my food in the apartment. Including trying to get myself sick off of bread and honey.
I did a little addition and have a few random and useless stats:
- I’ve done 28 dives total at 10 different dive centers
- 5 dives and 1 dive center in Austin
- 4 dives and 3 dive centers in Australia
- 19 dives and 6 dive centers in Greece
- 760 minutes (12.7 hours) total time underwater
- 495 meters (1,624 feet) total depth, if you add all my max depths together
- One World Trade Center is 541 meters (1,776 feet) tall
- Central Park Tower is 472 meters (1,550) feet tall
- Willis (Sears) Tower is 443 meters (1,451 feet) tall
I don’t know that any of that holds any meaning, but numbers are fun.
The dive center I like here on Zakynthos messaged me that they’re diving Wednesday. I can’t go because I’ll be working. They say Thursday doesn’t look good because of wind and Friday is too far away to tell.
Hopefully I will at least be able to get out a little over the next few days. Even if just briefly between rain showers.
