What a day!
I’m in Whittier and the network in the hotel is pretty slow, so I’ve tethered to my phone. Fingers crossed this post goes through.
Started the morning shooting a distant snow-covered peak across the bay.
Then headed to Potter Marsh where we’ve been spending lots of time. On the way however, we got stopped by a moose!
Then, minutes later, stopped by a moose and two babies.
Mama wanted to get by…
After that, a few more photos, including a train heading out of Anchorage.
Then we left Anchorage, heading to Whittier, making lots of stops along the way. With so much to see!
Including a tram ride up the side of a mountain giving us a view from the top.
Then a hike to our first glacier (Byron Glacier).
And finally a tiny, one-way tunnel to get to Whittier.
Now sleep. More to do tomorrow!
