The tour today took us an hour from shore to Moreton Island where some ships have been sunk to form a break against bad weather.
We put on fins and snorkel and explored.
On the way back, a small group of whales swam by. The baby decided to show off.
And then we finished the night with some churros, followed by tacos from a regional chain not too dissimilar to Chipotle.
If conditions hold, I should get to do a dive tomorrow. There’s a group of students going out and the instructor said I could tag along. Sadly, conditions have been bad lately so there’s a chance the dive will be cancelled. Fingers crossed….
