EDGE network only. Meaning sloooooooow. But it’s something. Today’s main task was sitting in a truck for an all-day drive to Kruger National Park. I’m with a group of seven other tourists and two guides. We have quite a representation: Russia, Germany, Norway, UK, and USA.
We made good time and got to our destination early enough to do a short game drive. The objective here is to see animals in the wild. Not behind cages or being handled like last week.
Right away we score! Hopefully there will be even more tomorrow!
We’re staying in “tents.” Canvas tents attached to permanent structures that contain lights, toilets, showers, and a place to plug my computer. Hardly roughing it!
